ASUS OmniStor for Web offers multiple login methods, including account password login and Single Sign-On (SSO), to support different enterprise authentication frameworks.

Before logging in, please ensure the following information is prepared:

• OmniStor for Web service URL

• Account and password obtained, or SSO login function enabled

OmniStor for Web supports the following two login methods:

• Account password login (supports AD / LDAP or OSM accounts)

• Single Sign-On (SSO)

Please choose the appropriate method based on your enterprise authentication framework.

• Account password login supports the following account sources:

  • Windows AD / LDAP accounts

  • Local accounts created by OmniStor Manager

• If your organization does not use AD / LDAP as the authentication center, accounts are usually created by the system administrator through OmniStor Manager. If you are unsure about the account source or login information, please contact your system administrator for confirmation.

1. Open a browser (Chrome / Firefox / Edge)

2. Enter the OmniStor for Web service URL

3. On the login page, enter your account and password

4. Click "Login"

5. Upon success, you will enter the main interface

• The organization has enabled the SSO feature

• Account permissions have been set by the system administrator

1. Open a browser and enter the OmniStor for Web service URL

2. Click "Use Single Sign-On (SSO)"

3. The system will redirect to the organization’s login page

4. Enter your organization account and password to complete authentication

5. After authentication, you will automatically enter the main interface

• If you cannot log in, please verify whether your account, password, or SSO method is correct

• If you are unsure about the login method, please contact your system administrator for confirmation

• If you are already logged in with your organization account, clicking "Use Single Sign-On (SSO)" will automatically log you in and take you to the main interface
