Why Can't I Edit the Document?

In OmniStor for Web, Microsoft Office and LibreOffice documents can be viewed and edited online through OmniStor Office.

If you are unable to edit a document, it may be related to feature activation or the file open mode. The explanations are as follows:

  1. OmniStor Office Not Enabled: OmniStor Office is a premium feature that must be enabled by the system administrator before online editing is possible.

  2. The File is not opened with OmniStor Office: Please select "Open file with OmniStor Office" to enable editing mode.

  3. In Preview Mode: In preview mode, you can only view the file content and cannot edit it.

If you have confirmed that the above settings are correct but still cannot edit the document, it is recommended to contact the system administrator for assistance in verifying account permissions and feature settings.
