Three pie charts greet you at the top of the OSM home page every morning. They're the fastest way to understand what's happening: storage usage, user adoption, and what kinds of files people are storing. The same charts appear in two places:
- OSM home page — visible right after sign-in (most convenient)
- Platform Management → Statistics Charts — same content, accessed from the left sidebar
What each chart shows
Storage
Shows used space and remaining space in GB.
- Used space: total data uploaded by all employees
- Remaining space: capacity still available
Accounts
Shows registered users versus unregistered slots.
- Registered users: accounts that have been activated and signed in at least once (real, active users)
- Unregistered: remaining license seats (activated-but-never-used + not-yet-activated)
File types
Shows what kinds of files your employees are storing, in five buckets:
- Music (mp3, wav, etc.)
- Photos (jpg, png, gif, etc.)
- Videos (mp4, mov, avi, etc.)
- Documents (doc, xls, ppt, pdf, etc.)
- Other (archives, installers, etc.)
How to actually use these chart
